For Dressing
| fresh herbs, such as chopped parsley and/or cilantro | |
| 2 cups blueberries, washed and picked over for stems | |
| 300g Mayonaise light mayonnaise | |
| 1 tablespoon honey (light brown sugar or maple syrup also works) |
